By using this web site, you agree to the Terms of Use as outlined in this legal notice. Your continued use of this web site following the modification of changes to these Terms of Use will mean you accept these changes. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this web site. In addition, when you use any service on this web site (e.g. e-mail or any third party service), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such service.

Loyalty Exclusive Member Cards - Terms & Conditions

• Membership Points are only redeemable on full priced merchandised ONLY
• The member card is issued by and remains the property of Vee Love Couture and is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• Vee Love Couture reserves the right to change or modify the terms of membership at any time without prior written notice
• Points are not redeemable for gift vouchers
• Points are only redeemable to the cardholder named in our system
• Membership points do not expire
• Points can be collected and used on larger ticketed items such as evening gowns, custom designed orders etc
• Items on sale do not have point value
• If an item is returned for exchange or refund within 7 days, as per our trading terms,points accumulated will be reversed by the store

Please note that all online sales are not affiliated with the retail store. If you make a purchase online, you cannot enquire about it at our Vee Love store. All enquiries must be made through the website.

Sales Conditions

When purchasing items through the online store, please choose carefully as there are no refunds available.

If you purchase formal and casual wear, you cannot return or exchange the purchased item, unless the exchange is in regards to the size of the item. In this case, we will happily exchange the item to the appropriate size, but the style will remain the same unless the stock has sold out.

Please note that in order for the exchange to be accepted, all tags must remain on garments. The condition of the item must be re-sellable. Vee Love Couture will not accept the exchange of any item that is considered used/ worn.

Please note that before an exchange can be done, you must contact the staff at Vee Love Couture for approval at enquiries@veelove.com.au within 2 days of receiving the order.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Note: When exchanging an item, you must also provide a postal satchel for use in the exchange. Vee Love Couture does not cover the cost of the postal satchel for the exchange of goods.

• Lay-bys not accepted online
• Conditions on custom designed items for clients - by order
• No refund or exchange on custom orders
• Cancellation fee on custom designed products will be 30% off total sale
• 30% deposit required upon confirmation to design of products by order
• Quotes valid only for 14 days from date of quotation issued

Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 3-5 business working days. The item will be shipped via Australia Post.
